The cottage is available from February to end of October
Prices
Effective from 3rd February to 3rd November .
All prices include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels are provided, and Wi-Fi.
Bookings From Saturday 3pm to Following Saturday 10am.
Weekly rates
Weekly stay and rate – 7 nights from £350. However if your stay is for 2 weeks, the weekly rate will be reduced.Short Breaks
We can accommodate short breaks. Starting from £236, please enquire.
Children
Children with age 5 years and above are most welcome. The cottage does not have special facilities for the under 5`s.Bookings
All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of weekly and/or short break rates. This deposit will be required to confirm reservation of your booking, payable within 10 Days please. The balance of the total price will be required 28 days before you arrival.Dogs
Well behaved dogs are allowed, free of charge, at the discretion of the owners of the cottage. A security deposit for possible damage by the dog(s) of £50 per dog will be required, with your confirmation booking and will be returned on your departure, provided no damage has occurred.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be in writing, the deposit is then forfeited. If hirer is forced to cancel the holiday because of death, injury, maternity, or illness of a close relative or business associate (up to starting date only) the remaining balance of hire charge, if already paid, will be refunded. It is of course open to you to effect insurance to cover the loss of your deposit/balance, through your own insurance company.
